Charitable status

The Broadfield Children’s Project is a trust with its own finances and bank account, but for charity law purposes treated as part of the Parochial Church Council of St Marys Church, Southgate, Crawley (PCC), since it was set up and is controlled by the PCC [and its charitable objectives fall within the PCC objectives]. The PCC is a charity exempted from registration with the Charity Commission.
